The Real Humans Team, founded by @RealHuman2 on May 12, 2025, is a vibrant Lichess community focused on performance, growth, and leadership.
Team members earn BITS, which can be spent at the BITS Shop, and leadership roles are awarded based on BITS and contributions.
We are proud to have many titled members, like CM @matteorf2b, CM @moshakvar, CM @music_2003, FM @Bgabor91 and more.
Our team's growth goals aim for 1000 members by mid-2027.

Real Humans BITS System (Simplified)
- BITS are special points earned by the Real Humans team for:
- Inviting new members
- Participating in team battles and arenas
- Contributing to team
- Extra BITS are awarded for inviting high-rated or titled players.
- In team battles, are multiplied based on the team's final placement.
- BITS help you climb the leadership, whether Traditional or Hierarchical, unlocking Ranks from Organizer to Administrator or Titles from Aspirant to Ancestor, each with increased powers.
- Due to Lichess limits, only 10 official leaders are allowed; others become Virtual Leaders with titles and privileges but no direct permissions.
- Titled players receive bonuses and multipliers.
- Misuse of leadership roles can in penalties.
- Check your BITS in the BITS Bank and contact the founder for any questions or to claim bonuses.
